It was same even when I was a kid and I had to spend roughly four years in children's psych ward (not a bad place btw) everyone in there was always talking to me.

I get those once in awhile too. But most of the time I just refused to give them money (advice by the mayor of Houston) in a nice way because it would only support their bad habits like alcohol or drugs. There is already a soup kitchen and homeless shelter in the city for them to go to.

I certainly don't like them. They are always stealing stuff and even defecating next to people cars, etc. Too bad in Finland cops are quite powerless against that sort of behavior.
They can also shoplift quite freely since nowadays they don't put anyone into prison over unpaid fines.

In Texas they'd probably get shot, and not necessarily by cops.

I filmed the following video showing an combined arms assault exercise in Taiwan. It is the last part of a parade celebrating 70 anniversary of WWII Victory. AH-64E, UH-60M and CH-47SD play coherent actions for inserting SF and supporting light armed ground troops.
