One issue I've noted with the QBU-191's handguard is that on the six o'clock position there is actually no MLOK spaces for attachment of rail pieces, but instead it has cooling vent spaces of the same kind they have at the four 45 degree positions of the handguard.
That means they aren't able to mount any attachments further back than the integrated six o'clock pic rail that already exists.
For example in this setup, the vertical foregrip could have been placed a bit more backwards by an inch or so for length of pull, or alternatively by having a VFG in addition to a bipod at the front of the handguard.
Of course it isn't a huge issue, because it is primarily a DMR/HBAR, so the lack of six o'clock rail estate isn't a massive issue.
But it's still a bit of an odd design decision.
