Yep. As a matter of fact, that scope looks like the LVPO found on the dmr version of the 191
I'm pretty sure the QBU-191 is not a LPVO -- its smallest magnification is not 1x or even 1.2x -- I've heard that the smallest magnification is 4x actually.
Certainly, the scope itself doesn't look like a LPVO -- it doesn't have a straight tube with a small objective lens:

And the scope of the QJB-201 is not the same as the QBU-191, but rather this one that we've seen before at various displays, which looks to be the standard optic for the QJB-201.
