What are these muzzle devices?
Are they blank fire adapters since they're a bit too short to be supressors right?

That seems likely. As a gas operated weapon a BFA would be required for training. Though there are some very small cans on the commercial market that is way to small.
Interesting, they are using both standard and semi-clear mags.

It certainly smaller than those found on QBZ-95 series, so my guess is that they're just simple muzzle cover.
Interestingly, after the tensions with India, it seems that WTC ground forces are now one of the first to get new stuff and complete full modernization-mechanization of ground forces. And that's a rational thing to do, the only place ground forces could see a conflict in the short or medium-term is likely against India.The propagation of QBZ-191 continues in the Tibet Military District. Now non-infantrymen are seen armed with QBZ-191s.
