QBZ-191 service rifle family

Free floating barrel plus ~18 inch beavy barrel, this would be a very nice across-the-board rifle for elite unit like the PLAN Marine force.
Is it 18 inches? I've heard it's 21.7 but that's from both the Chinese and Eng wiki.

Two configurations. Upper looks like a LPVO with a mini dot mounted over it at 12 O’clock and a laser pointer. I think the LPVO is imported into the us as Vector optics Mustang. A 1-4x30

No, these are quite old. There have been many police and swat who have already said they tried and tested it last year.
