the recoil still looks a bit high to be honest, even with the c clamp. Maybe overgassed? Or his stature? One of the commentators under the video said that they shot the 191 and the recoil was fine. So maybe its his stature
I was thinking that as well or it could just be the case that it's simply a bigger bullet so that's why recoil is higher. But then I see videos like the one here where the recoil does not seem that high. I guess it really just depends on the shooter at the end of the day. Though I want to see if adding a muzzle brake or compensator will help it.

Be sure to set the quality to higher.

I have seen some video with recoil less AK series rifle. Are these standard among any nation? What are the give/take of having recoil less rifles?

What do you mean by “recoil less”? If you are referring to the AK107 and AEK 971, the former is still being tested while the latter is being produced, but isn’t the standard rifle in the Russian Armed Forces. These rifles have a counter balancing mechanism that reduces the recoil, aka more parts which is something a soldier doesn’t want. Even the US’s NGSW candidates doesn’t feature a “recoilless” mechanism. However there are gpmg’s that do have a mechanism that has a recoil reduction system like the mg338 and the new Chinese lmg (if I remember correctly).

This is a Recoilless rifle.
That is not a recoilless rifle. That is a 2 stage rocket launcher. Stage 1 blows the rocket out of the tube and puts it some distance between it and the user so they are not affected by back blast. Stage 2 turns the rocket motor on and propels it.

A Recoilless rifle are basically a specially designed artillery shell inside a specially designed tube with its back and "sides" open. Like a field gun, no additional propulsion is added to the projectile after leaving the tube, as opposed to a rocket which is continuously propelled by a motor.

Examples of recoilless guns are
