Yep. At 0:35, the Russian soldier is carrying an AK12. So, based on that, this video footage must be from the most recent joint Sino-Russian military exercise in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

It seems like they attached the scope in opposite direction in above two picture. Or are they using different scopes ?

Different scopes.

In the first picture you quoted, it seems to be a different scope we haven't seen before. The geometry of the eyepiece makes me wonder if it's a LPVO. But might be an older scope. Attached on rifle variant QBZ-191.
Edit: nvm it's an old scope developed previously for the CQ export rifle.

The second picture is the scope that we've seen on the QBZ/QBV-191 before, as the rifles in that pic are that variant.

Third picture is the ACOG like fixed magnification scope that we know and love.
