China has actually improved on SHKVAL according to some big shrimps and I think Iranian shkval actually got the technology from China.

Why sinodefence didn't list shkval torpedo under the naval weapons category? skval should be better than 53-65KE and Yu-7.

why? just because it's fast? I suggest you look up the pros and cons of supercavitating torpedo. Yu-6 is the most important in PLAN right now.

Not only that, its essentially a underwater rocket, which has a launch signature that would alert everyone within 200km of your presence...

Doesnt the 093 have the plains on the sail?
To me it kinda looks like a Viginia class model But it could be anything because the picture is so poor.

Virginia class has a curved flaring at the bottom of the front part of the sail, much like Seawolf class and even the upcoming Barracuda class. The sub here has a totally squared sail. For me it looks like an Ohio but without the hump. The US subs however have vertical stabilizers on the tips of the horizontal tail fins though, but Chinese subs don't.
The 093 video in the PLA 80th anniversary exhibit lacked any planes on the sail. We have never seen any other picture of that sub except for this one hazy picture. Plus this one model. Some people are calling this planeless 093 the 095, but for me it could be more like an 093G. If you look back at history, the early LA class had planes in the sail but the later ones changed to putting the planes in the bow.
