Why would those photos be PSed? It's just two plain'ol Song Class. On the other hand there are so many PSed photos on Chinese BBS, and soon people will start doubting a photo of a guy walking down the street as PSed
On a more serious note, from the first photo it seems like Song doesn't have rubber noise reduction tiles on them...

The Songs in the two pictures are very likely to be the very same subs on both, on the very same pier. Rubber tile coating has been standard on Chinese subs for a while since the last decade and both subs should have it. Every Song are built with them right from the first one in the series.
There is actually one difference in one of the subs over the other and that sub, has a towed something after fitted on top of its tail fin, while the other still hasn't.

Russians have claimed that the Chinese Yuan class is more expensive and far less capable than Kilo class. Is there any truth to such claim? I previously thought Yuan's overall capability should at least reach the standard of earlier versions of Kilo class.
