My question was asking how much expenses PLAN would utilise each time they go out and in what areas are the expenses used on?

By...one suggestion.
If you are going to post very high-res pics like this, please try and post a lower res pic to the forum, with a link to the high res pic. See what Popeye does on the US Navy Pictures thread for an example.
Many users do not have the high bandwidth connections that some do...and when numerous high res pics are on any thread they look at it, it really slows down their connections as those pictures load.
As it is...GREAT pics. This is what we have been waiting for with the PLAN's participation in RIMPAC 2014.

oh, I thought they already arrived in Hawaii ... so what's the land visible behind the Haikou (171)? or it's not a current picture??
