I doubt that.and the shrapnel from detonation would most likely be omni directional, not focused on the direction of the ship.
With high speed, direction towards the ship and carrying huge momentum with it, if the missile exploded then I am almost certain that the shrapnel will mainly go towards the ship general direction due to retaining the previous momentum from the missile
Of course this depends on how close and in what angle to the missile the intercepter managed to get before destroying it.
General rule is that the closer the intercepter came to the missile, the more the missile momentum (force) will be cancelled out and redirected
