Assuming this person is 1.7 to 1.8 metre tall (for a North Chinese), I think the hangar should be around 7.5 to 8 metre.
If what Icloo has stated is true, and I'm sure it is.
I'm 95% convinced this is an aircraft carrier.

I think it's slightly higher than an ADM K class. That's added height is more than likely for future aircraft such as an AEW..who knows?

That is affirmative, it looks almost exact like the elevator area in Liaoning.

Only one module was added. This module is longer than previous two, but doesn't looked it is full beam because if you look at the interior of the hangar, you find the absence of this 3rd module hangar floor.
And the overhang part is indeed there.
