Thus, it might be interesting to observe how (and if) the hangar tapers on this mystery ship - it could give us an indication on how closely it will resemble the Kuznetzov class (where the hangar seems to be of constant width).

The only part (i.e. a small part of the whole hangar) of the hangar that tapers is where it starts to merge into the bow section.

So, if the module is really meant for a carrier (on its bow side), the rest of the hangar can still be of constant width.

The module A at the background could be ready to be hoisted for assembly very soon, note the top deck is completed. This does not looked like part of aircraft hangar, also note the bulkhead.

The new module is actually part of hangar blocks, the empty space is one deck above the hangar, which easily deceive our eyes making us to think that it could be an extension of the hangar.

Then they might be building a mock up for the new carrier in the foreground of the pic. That site is getting cramped very fast
