Of course i was joking.........and yes 'Jeff' you are right.

Interestingly over at another forum.....Henri.K has been trying to gauge the hangers dimensions, by using in comparison a known dimension? for the container in the foreground.
Apparently he researched the containers dimension on the internet, if i've understand the French translation.
He estimates the internal hanger width is some 26 metres...........but looking at the image he has highlighted (which i have attached), i think it is actually wider than that i.e. some 30 metres (ie 5 x containers length, not 4, based on the 5 coloured segments shown) if i have interpreted his thinking correctly001A.jpg on this matter.
Anyway, what are the thoughts here on this?

I wouldn't be surprised if the internal hangar is larger than on the Liaoning, one of the PLAN complaints was about the relatively cramped hangar space interfering with flight operations due to the original design focus of the Kuznetsov class, so making the new carrier better optimized for plane handling makes sense.

I am 100% convinced that the hanger would be significantly bigger than 001, and the bridge would be smaller ... and of course with thousands other improvements.

I would be surprised if the engine is the same type as 001, I am expecting major improvements in engine
