We know that there are 14 production aircraft flying...at least that is what we have seen to date..
This video is three years old and is the best one we've seen about CV-16..I remember when I saw the first videos of Liaoning CV-16s arrested landings. I was very excited..however since that time I've seen little that prove to me that the PLAN is really able to operate this ship like a..well....aircraft carrier should. Just my opinion. I do not intended to insult anyone.
