Thanks I remember that picture.....Why would they be moving missiles in 2012 when they had only ..what.. 2 aircraft? Practice perhaps???Some sort of drill???

I was just thinking..if they were removing those missiles from the ship why send them to the flight deck? even if they are going on a barge along side the ship they could be removed from an aircraft elevator on to the barge...Oh well.. we may never know.

The island still look too big and why there is a space between the island and the edge of the carrier, a bit of waste, no?

If such a large and heavy island is still further away from the boat center, even more counterweight on the other side must be installed. This further increases the topweight and ensures greater instability.

Yes, people commented on the pictures praised his photoshop skills, but not very good with ship design. But still kind of eye candy pics.

So the elevators are located on the starboard side (right side) instead of the left like so many others? Interesting to say the least.
