My point is that these dots - even if not all visible - match quite nicely the size of that tanker. I have to admit that I don't know for sure but isn't a ship "standing" on such "bumps" when in a dry dock ??
It was discussed earlier in this thread. Many take it as the beginning of the first Chines built aircraft carrier as talked about by party people in Dalian, or a LHD or perhaps, as suggested by someone on that French site a container carrier.
Discussed in detail a few pages back.
Too soon to tell, or confirm, that it is a carrier.
