Should have used the Fire Dragon 750 Missile. With smaller missile it doesn't have the same level of psychological impact.
Those are 370mm rockets being used -- if anything, those specific rockets are most optimized for the Taiwan distance mission for PHL-191 given their balance of range (over 300km), payload (180kg), and magazine depth (8 per TEL).
If I were the ROC military I would be far more concerned about the 370mm rockets than the 750mm ballistic missiles (which, while they have a role, with greater range and payload, at only two per TEL, lacks the magazine depth)
