PLA Strategy in a Taiwan Contingency

In the light of Trump's bellicose rhetoric against Iran, if the USA indeed finds itself directly involved in the war in the Middle East, would that influence China's decision to take Taiwan while USA is distracted ? Or will they wait for couple of more decades until they are 100% sure they have military superiority over the USA ?
I don't think they need any distraction when they are this crystal clear.

PLA Eastern Theater Command Conducts Drills in Waters to the North, South and East of Taiwan Island

On April 1, the PLA Eastern Theater Command organized its vessel and aircraft formations, in coordination with conventional missile troops and long-range rocket launching systems, to conduct drills of air interception, assault on maritime targets, strikes on ground objects, and joint blockade and control, in waters to the north, south, and east of Taiwan Island. These drills are aimed at testing the troops’ capabilities of carrying out integrated operations, seizure of operational control, and multi-directional precision strikes.

Looks like Chinese propaganda is going to get spicier as the Chinese Boomers retire and Millennials take over

There's a follow-up poster now:

If it wasn't obvious before, the double entente is obvious now:

进逼 (jìn bī) could mean "closing in," but in modern colloquial usage 逼 is a vulgar reference to the vagina 99% of the time

慑封 (shè fēng) could mean "fearsome envelopment," but 慑 is a very rarely used character. However, 慑 does have the same pronunciation as 射, which means to ejaculate 99.99% of the time when it's used with 逼. So it's almost certainly meant to be a pun on 进逼 射疯,"penetrate and cum crazily".
