It's from India... That say it all. And the user is probably the author, so trying to sell a few books.

Kinda? LOL If he knew anything, he'd sell it to the US government for real money (then he'd have a gag order on him because it's much more valuable when your enemy doesn't know what you know about him) instead of making a clown cover and trying to sell it on Amazon to people who are attracted to bright colors and cartoonish images.
Take this - as a new member - as a very kind, but final reminder! We are here not a typical fan-boy forum, where any stupid random YouTube-video, trash-report or as it seems in this case "highly questionable-quality" book can be advertised.
As such, if you think it is worth to read and indeed a "great book", then explain, WHY, what makes it different to other books available and why you think this totally unknown "Colonel Upendra Raghav" should be credible?
A first brief search within the internet only shows:
- he has written - in contrary to the claims on the book - so far NOTHING (what itself is not the point since anyone must start somewhere & somewhen) but then claiming "Written by a China analyst with over three decades of experience and with post- graduation in Strategic Studies" is a bit strange.
- you can only find some strange Instagram-accounts and
- "Upendra Raghav is a Hindu nationalist and member of Vishwa Hindu Parishad from Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. He is one of the accused in the brutal murder of Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh in Bulandshahr in 2018." (not sure if he's the same).
So overall You find NOTHING on him that makes him look credible and the book title does not help in this regard!
And finally: Do not post just a screenshot of such books and even more post them in the correct thread!
Otherwise I kindly request you to re-read the rules!
As such again ... why is this a good book?
It covers all aspects of PLA comprehensively as is evidenced by sample attachments.

And what makes you sure it is both correct, up to date and comprehensive?
Don't get me wrong but alone the PLAAF-Orbat listed on only 23 pages gives me the impression it is at best a rather rushy copy & paste action lazy and uninterestingly put together. My own PLAAF-Orbat book alone had 239 pages!
Could you please post via PM the images of the PLAAF-section and then I'll explain in detail my concerns.
Here we should end it since alone what you posted proved my concerns: It is in no way interesting not a good book.
Even a glance reveals it's obviously out of date, seeing as the Strategic Support Force (p. 201) was dissolved last April.
