　The 4th Regiment of a flying academy under the air force of the Jinan Military Area Command is stationed in an area with limited flyable days in a year due to complicated meteorological conditions. In view of this, the regiment has scientifically made overall plan for flight teaching activities of its pilot cadets since the autumn sets in so as to help its cadets to lay a solid flight technical and tactical foundation, enable its troops to enhance their capability in organizing flight training, and achieve coordinated development of training time, training progress, training quality and training safety.
