I am not Sure Type07 has a Snow variant at this point.
Sure they have over whites and Ghillies Seen there but those might be for more specialized use well the rest of the troops seen there are not needing it then as they are only war-gaming in a support role
What has my eye is the camo Pattern seen in the last two pictures and in particular the guys in the last pic look almost like they are wearing plate carriers. Although it might be a new Flack vest. Or perhaps these are Blue army or some other specialized group. they are carrying the standard combat pack for the PLA Type 95 carbines done in Winter white and white accessory's ( hats, Gloves and scarves) by far in my opinion the best equipped of the lot. But there camo pattern Is new I have never seen that before It looks like a kind of Urban disruptive Reminds me of a pattern, used by the Oman Ministry of the Interior.
