I wonder where the primary gunner's sight is -- for both the tank and the IFV.
Clearly the remote weapons station has a rather comprehensive looking optic mount that is likely a CITV, but I cannot see a gunner's sight for either of them (unless they haven't been installed yet on the vehicles in question)

Which would make this tank only around 35 tons? Wouldn't that be lighter than the Type 15? Isn't up-armored Type 15 close to 40 tons?
Also, looking at the shape of the hull: could this tank have some level of amphibious capability?
Perhaps it is here, just a bolted on cover, behind it is the gunner's sight? The other side seems to have nothing
It could be a cover, or perhaps it has yet to be installed in that position.
The vehicles are missing a few parts here or there, such as the guns for the RWS and coaxial cannon for both the tank and IFV
No turret or aps not installed on the 99a Why? 
I was thinking the same thing. The modules on the side might not be ERA but metal floats?
Well, it's obviously speculation right now, but i *think* it's same size as ZTQ-15(in fact it's likely development of same chassis; look down).
Same rollers, same number.
Thus *i think* it's ~same weight as type 15, but more efficient in terms of armor and weight, while providing much more volume for equipment. I.e. same trick as T-14(which isn't magical in terms of fit, quite the opposite; the trick is it does more at 55t than sep.v3 does at 75).
But all of it is first impression, as everyone here, i saw new Chinese tank less than 1 hour ago for the first time.
