Well, that looks really...T-14's little sister.
Nothing wrong with that (if anything, T-14 is undoubtedly the most radical tank of previous decade), but similarities are quite striking.
Two-level APS(hard, soft, check these grenade launchers aimed upwards), unmanned turret of more or less exact same generall configuration (though smokes and aps changed positions due to GL-4 being different). Also, note that forward-looking smoke mortars are smaller and of different type. Combining RCS with RWS is again, by no means illegal and quite smart, but very Russian again.
Internal layout seems also T-14ish(scaled of course). Carousel, or at least hull autoloader?
Also, for the first time, Chinese tank comes with reinforced side protection base. That's a big 赞.

I don't see any resemblence, what you've said are very generic configurations that any next gen MBT is expected to have.
It's a video, so I don't think there's a practical way to do so.
Also, imgur is an image hosting site so technically there's nothing wrong with posting an imgur link in the same way there isn't an issue with posting a flickr link
A photo taken from a side-rear angle, and what is this? A vertical launcher? ATGM, loitering munition, or even an air-defense missile? So surprising.

Well, they're obviously two different vehicles, T-14 is probably good 70% heavier. I didn't have any intention to start the copy talk.
But.
Same general layout (no other modern MBT does it this way), same sensor/weapon configuration (sensors mirrored of course), similar two-tier APS(the only one in modern armored world btw), though sort of opposite in execution(GL-4). Most details even are more or less in the exact same spots on the vehicle.
