The screen shot is at 22:29 from post #2991 and #2998. The statement started at 22:18. It is based on a person from Hong Kong "梁国梁" who claims to have obtained/read information of PLAN carrier program "048" which envisioned 10 carriers by 2049.

Constructing 10 carriers in 30 years is well within Chinese shipbuilding capacity. Whether the plan exists is another thing. But I would NOT put much confidence in his claim because it is just another "foreign experts" regardless words being "flattering" or bashing.

Many thanks for the nice photo. I was just searching for something like this because I read from another thread where someone suggesting putting JL-3 into 09IV.

If we assume that the initial 032's launch tube were meant for JL-2, then this modification would be for JL-3 (I think this has been agreed in this forum). From the depth marking on the sail, we can see that the tube is 40cm longer. This implies that JL-3 is 40cm longer than JL-2.
