With not a helicopter in sight
The PLAN used a flying frigate to take the pictures because they can't afford helicopters. I know, not many people have heard of the Type 080 Airborne FFG before.

If you watched the video report on this, they specifically mentioned that helicopters were all sent airborne on guard duty during the refueling op.
Do you think its obvious they are the ones behind the camera?
