Camouflage looks like multicam looks like a modern pack and plate carrier.
The full mannequin is more interesting more the gloves are Oakley the helmet looks like it has a all the goodies illuminating devices NOD and more note the deltoid protection.
The Last image I find humorous. The helmet is the product of a company named Devtac most of there product are Airsoft a few though are ballistic rated for pistols via appliques. This model has those. The mask has a built in eye pro and fans for ventilation. What i find humorous is the maker is Japanese.

It's in Chinese, but Google Translate works good enough and there are plenty of images.
What I find interesting is that the article notes that the first appearances of the QGF-11 helmet (the one seen in the V-day parade) often showed it used in conjunction with the QTS-11. That probably explains why they're designated the same number.

Looks like They bought the accessory off the shelf then drilled holes into the QGF 11 Helmet to attach a set that did not actually match the Chinese Helmet.
This has happened from time to time for Special units as a kind of Rapid prototyping. IE have a need for one thing yet nothing quite meets it but you find two products that come close so you take parts off them them and blend them together creating the W15 type as a ad hoc Modification this can be seen as there issues with fit and parts seem off. Basically they were trying to make a Square peg fit a round hole.
Because the Accessories they are using were made for a US MITCH and it's Screw points they had to drill their own mounting points to adapt.
Eventually the Helmet maker catches wind and tailors their own set that would fit the helmet.

Even kids in the PLA strategic rocket force (!) are not immune to being "bowed head tribe".
While discipline comes first they should also embrace and make use of gaming beyond the obvious such as using the Battlefield series in training. I remember reading an article some years back on how playing World of Warcraft helped deployed US service members maintain relationships with family back home thereby improving morale.

PLA soldiers should stop being plebs and play actually good games.
Such as the Wargame series or CMANO. Or even old hex-field based tactics games like SPMBT. This way, they can sharpen their tactical thinking while also having fun.
If I was the PLA high brass, I would ban all games aside of hardcore realistic wargames.
