PLAAF "Leishen" or someone else
I found the BiliBili video of these guys:

Originally I thought they were a bunch of rich LARPers, but they all jumped out of a Y-9. So they are one of these three:
1. Super LARPers
2. Actors for a film
3. PLA spec ops showcasing their freefall capabilities.

Personally, I think number 2 is the most probable option considering the fact that this was taken by a filmmaker (I think)

I'm feeling 2 as well. There are production companies that can do this in China. I know we like to make fun of CCTV photographers who can make carriers look like fishing boats but when its necessary (say when making ads to sell export weapons) there are actually media companies that are competent that can get you the Call of Duty feel if that's what you're looking for. Example:

The uploader says:
伞降装备由深圳天鹰装备提供,跳伞指导由中翔跳伞俱乐部提供,战术装具由广州钛敌科装备提供,载具及人员由……不方便透露提供!
Some kind of ad for commercial companies (parachutes and tactical gear) but they had some help from PLA.

A press release from Harbin First Machinery Building Group, with lots and lots of verbose padding. It basically says that a new advanced wheeled platform made by the company has been accepted by the PLA. No word on the nature of the platform, or whether it's manned or unmanned. We will soon see what it is.

9th October 2022

12th Chinese Peacekeepers recently received praise for their engineering work in South Sudan in completing construction of security and defense facilities at Aweil Base. They have used various kinds of engineering machinery and vehicles to transport more than 6,000 cubic meters of earth and stone, set up multi-layer razor barbed wire mesh, and planted 400 pole piles.

Ataklti Hailu, head of the UNMISS Aweil Base, said:
"The Chinese peacekeeping engineers successfully completed many tasks in a short time. We would like to applaud their professional skills and work efficiency. We have also established precious friendship with them through diversified cooperation, with happy memories in mind forever."
