As long as the war is not officially declared, Germany can sell weapons. Afterall, they sell plenty to the US, UK and those guys never stopped bombing countries in the mid east.
On the topic of official war, isn't the Chinese civil war technically still ongoing just like the Korean war?
In that vein, technically China and the US are still at war over Korea, not just the North and South.

I probably should've highlighted the conflict was over Korea, which as we all know had never ceased, neither for NK and SK, nor China and the UN/US, as opposed to an open war where the US would've been free to attack China proper and vice versa, all thanks to that technicality that is the PVA.
