A screen grab of what appears to be an academic paper that lists the requirements of a super long-range SAM designed to hit enemy AWACs and bombers. Does anyone have access to the paper?
Some of the requirements listed are:
– Max range > 2000km
– Missile length <10m
– Missile diameter <0.8m
– Mass <4 tons
– Two stages
– Vertically launched
– Active radar homing (?)
Here's the full paper. It appears to be a purely academic exercise used to demonstrate and doesn't appear to indicate an actual project, not to mention The Journal of Graphics isn't exactly a publication known for military-related topics.

Besides its super long range, which I think it is an unintentional leak of the capability of their hypersonic carrier vehicles as the 2000km range must be realistic enough for constructing a meaningful model for further optimisation, the most interesting part is that the missile itself can track the moving target even before mid-term guidance kicks in, as shown as the No.8 activation box "8. Target tracking" in the sequence diagram. It is quite shocking to me. I guess there must be some secret ingredients in there.

What does "smaller variant" mean? Does it mean shorter range, lighter warhead or just the dimensions?
Some claimed those to be HQ-9B, but I highly doubt it. I think it could be a new variant that is a derivative of the original HQ-9 SAM.

Would they need a heavy lift truck to move a model though? Looks really detailed for just a model.
Also if it was a model a bit strange for the tires to be flat.
