key point being the 111th brigade has received new aircraft, makes people wonder what would that be given currently they are flying 11b. again, this is just weibo whisper, no way for me to ascertain true or not

No, unfortunately not and the same is for the 16th AB, which is replacing its J-11As with J-10Cs.
However J-20s for the 111th AB is IMO unlikely.
That is to test quick deployment akin to “Rapid Raptor”. It doesn’t mean that they are stationed there permanently.
