And that's typically how the PLA officially announce/acknowledge the induction (or close to) of new platforms and units. One shouldn't count on the PLA to outright announce the exact designation/information of said new platforms and units to be in active service (or nearing).
Also, this isn't the first time that the KJ-700 has been photographed, as there have been photos of it (or its prototype(s)) in yellow primer, dated at least a year ago. In fact, this is actually the first time a KJ-700 photograph (and in PLANAF livery at that) has been published in an official capacity.

AEW&C, SIGINT, EW on every platform such as warship, military balloons, drones, submarine, UUV, satellite, AEW&C planes is the way to defeat B21. imo B21 is not a game changer if you follow that mindset

You are aware that the "EW" in AEW&C stands for "Early Warning" not Electronic Warfare? And EW in the sense you probably meant it is not going to "make missiles fall out of the sky" against anything competently made.

B21 also has Signt, ELINT, EW capability baked into it. B2 and F117 on their launch were more or less blind against potential threats. When F22 rolled out it integrated EW systems into the airframe specifically to allow penetration into enemy air defenses by mapping out where it detects enemy radar. B2 would be retrofitted with some of that capability. F35 took what F22 had and evolved it into the cloud age and B21 inherited that. Plus it has MALD and a significant payload for launch of parasite drones. Meaning it can partner with decoys and SEAD/DEAD creating openings.
Modern EW is far more complex than that today it is beyond just jamming. The most basic is threat radar detection which is basically standard on all modern military aircraft It also goes into Spoofing and creating imaginary targets. A few modern decoys can generate the impression on a radar screen of an armada of enemy aircraft. Forcing the adversary to try and respond to ghosts.
AWACS are primarily tasked with search they have some Signals Intelligence and EW capabilities but very limited and the later is primarily for defense of itself. As dedicated AWACS are large targets and smaller Air borne early warning systems are flying broadcasting a very powerful radar emissions that make them a flying kick me sign.
A combination of assets to try and picket against VLO penetration is the only solution but it’s not a guaranteed solution.
