There are 2 main Muslim rebel groups in Mindanao, the MILF who are Maranao operates mostly in Central Mindanao while the MNLF who are mostly Tausug operates in Sulu archipelago which Basilan is a part of. Cause people are asking, where were those military equipment bought under Duterte modernization program like the blackhawks and the Turkish T129? the terrain there are ideal for guerilla warfare and very difficult for infantry to maneuver, these copters are bought for this kind of operation, so why are they not being use?
