No. Forgot the last time he got couped and whole Western world was circle jerking about it?nothing is happening in Beijing. so stop reading Western propaganda.
General secretary Xi Jinping was in Henan province for official visit just 13 days ago.. and now please don't tell me, 13 days are too much for a person like Xi Jinping that he is not showing his face in public. lol
Every few months according to Falun Gong there is a coup against XiNo. Forgot the last time he got couped and whole Western world was circle jerking about it?
Seems that coup was so successful, now they need to coup him again. Somehow after each "coup", Xi is still in power. Bizarre...
This is the price of open internet, unfiltered information and trash (that Falungong nut in this thread for example) at the same time. Unfortunately the latter is growing soooo much faster....... And why the GFW should never be demolished completelyAh yes, the obligatory pivot to baseless palace drama whenever serious discussion about China's governance comes up. How predictable and ultimately unenlightening.
I disagree. You can't decide to close yourself off forever. It will feel like the government is insecure about its rule. Afterall, apart from North Korea China is one of the only country on earth to have such a closed Internet. I don't think the CCP is so fragile that they will fall just from opening the Internet space to the world. Not even Russia, Cuba, Iran, Venezuela etc are that closed off from the world Internet wise, and their regime are still doing just fine, and Chinas government is doing far better governance wise than all of them. So this fear about opening up the Internet space for chinese access to the world Internet space is ridiculous to be honest. You can't leave it like that forever, there will always be insecurities and dangers obviously just like when Deng decided to open up China for ftoriegn investment and allow private individuals in China to own their own business and property. Many feared such radical changes even more than today's fear of opening up the Internet space, bubthe country navigated such changes just fine..This is the price of open internet, unfiltered information and trash (that Falungong nut in this thread for example) at the same time.
