They're in a bit of limbo, but the current understanding IIRC is that Egyptian su-35s are still Egyptian.
Iran/DPRK are aiming at new airframes.

and it doesnt seem Russian VKS absorbing them either. Maybe still waiting for Egypt's real commitment for taking the delivery.

This is definitive proof that the so called Rafale EW trouncing Su-35 in exercise rumor is BS. How could Egypt have used them in exercise if the aircraft hasn’t been delivered?
