what is certain is that Babak never misses an opportunity to try to raise doubts about who the former Egyptian SU-35s will go to and to make his words credible he attaches that video.... but if you watch that video, having to express an opinion on what Kim Jong Un would be targeting, there would be no doubt, given that in that video they show him very closely the SU-57 and not the SU-35

a visit to the SJ-100 (Version without foreign components of the SSJ-100 Superjet) which together with the MS-21-310 could be of interest to Air Koryo.

So in fact besides Iran one of the few countries being interested in Russian stuff since Western stiff is not available. By the way, also interesting to see him standing in front of the ex-Egyptian Su-35s, which are rumoured to be for Iran now:

They're in a bit of limbo, but the current understanding IIRC is that Egyptian su-35s are still Egyptian.
Iran/DPRK are aiming at new airframes.

and it doesnt seem Russian VKS absorbing them either. Maybe still waiting for Egypt's real commitment for taking the delivery.

At the end of Kim Jong Un's visit to the aviation plants where fighter jets and commercial aircraft are produced, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov said:

“We demonstrated to the leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea one of our main aircraft production facilities. We see the potential for cooperation both in the field of aircraft production and in other areas this is especially relevant for achieving the tasks that our countries must face in achieving technological "technological sovereignty"

These words lead me to be even more convinced that in the medium term a combat aircraft made in DPRK will appear on the peninsula.
And this satellite photo from a few months ago comes to mind
