NK-12 proves to be operational, great job!
They managed to overcome vibration problems with tank chassis, introduced cold launch start (pics show that, perhaps, they can use it with the bigger birds) and now are able to fire from field positions.

North Korea’s other threat
The world is often alarmed at North Korea’s missile and nuclear programs, but thousands of Cold War-era artillery are also massed on the border with South Korea, capable of firing a massive barrage on the capital Seoul with little warning.

I wonder if there's actually a red line that North Korea can cross that China would actually take real action - like suspend energy supplies. And before any replies "but mah refugee flood", I'm asking a question, I'm not saying China should do anything.

No, there is no red line set by China, at least I never heard of it from any Chinese official media or officials high and low.

And I don't think "concern of refugee flood" was and is ever the reason that China "being reluctant" to act against NK. That concern was never from the mouths of Chinese officials. It was put into Chinese mouth by western medias, and later picked up by some Chinese tabloids. I can't speak for other people of Chinese background, but I myself will not bother to consider it as a major reason.
