North Korea could try to do deals with Russia to either build them nuclear power plants, or a gas pipeline.
Even if the Russo-Ukrainian War ended tomorrow, Russia will need to rebuild its weapons stockpiles for like a decade afterwards.
Once the SVO is over, Russia can buy ammo from China. No need to get them from North Korea.

once the SVO is finished, the production capacity of ammunition developed and increased during the conflict will allow Russia to not have the need to purchase them from any nation, it will be sufficient for internal production

Even if that is true, North Korea will also need to replenish its own internal stockpiles.

At least two nuclear power plants (capacity of about 1000-1500 megawatts) will significantly change the energy landscape of North Korea in both civilian life and production.

North Korea has also long pursued renewable energy solutions:

If rumors of oil reserves in the Sea of Japan and the Yellow Sea are true, North Korea may also ask Russia for help in exploration.

I swear to God that's (still) another submarine.

Damn, I really want to see new upgrades on their surface fleet.
To insert that image, do you happen to read forum.airbase.ru?
To complete, I also posted this one in that forum which might be of interest

But then again, is it really a submarine???

The illustration behind, although blurred, appears to show the hull painted red. If they are submarines, North Koreans tend to painted them green or black - red is only used on surface combatants to protect the hull from parasites that can damage the hull.
