The noise-free central control system independently developed by the Jiageng Laboratory was upgraded and a new data visualization system was added. It was officially launched on the large screen of the noise-free laboratory in early September and the trial operation was effective.
The central control system is the environmental monitoring system of the noise-free laboratory, which was developed in collaboration between the Instrument and Equipment R&D Center and the Equipment Management Office. From the early stage of engineering construction to equipment installation, from hardware circuit board design to data acquisition testing, from background control software development to large-screen visualization design, the entire system has achieved complete independent development. The visualization system can dynamically display the laboratory's temperature, humidity, sound pressure, magnetic field and other environmental monitoring data in real time in the form of charts, while monitoring the operating status of the unit equipment. The system can help administrators quickly understand the current situation and detect abnormalities in time through the early warning mechanism, while improving the external scientific and technological visual display effect of the noise-free laboratory.
The noise-free ultra-precision machining and characterization laboratory of the Jiageng Innovation Laboratory is the world's fourth and Asia's first noise-free laboratory after Switzerland, the United States, and Germany. It can provide near-ideal conditions for future top basic scientific research and engineering technology innovation at the nanoscale. The central control system has achieved domestic substitution of imported NI controllers and acquisition cards in hardware, while maintaining the same target functions and performance indicators while reducing costs by nearly 90%; in terms of software, it has achieved independent development of the entire process of hardware drivers, databases, background control, large-screen visualization, etc., which can be fully customized according to needs, with strong applicability, high flexibility, more secure data, and low long-term maintenance and operation costs.
As one of the core R&D teams of the central control system, the Instrument and Equipment R&D Center focuses on the R&D of scientific instruments and equipment. It has rich industry experience and technical reserves in weak signal detection, high-speed data acquisition, industrial controller development, precision structure design, etc. In the future, it will continue to optimize the system to ensure its stable operation and continuous improvement.
