I saw it a couple months back. It's from Kaiser Kuo. I think some members here wrote about him. I lost interest when he started to repeat Western talking points on China. I think a lot of Western media is showing their bias against China because that's the trend so what you may have respected before, they shifted along with the wind. The WSJ won some awards on their negative stories on China. Because of that many mainstream news media started writing only negative stories about China hoping then would win awards too. The NYTimes started publishing negative only news on China. I use to respect Thomas Friedman because he wasn't all hate towards China until the NYTimes in general started being about all hate towards China. All to just win awards. Their bias is so obvious these days just look at the "disappearance" of Minnie Chan. The article from the SCMP saying she's okay came out but CNN kept on writing about her being still missing with no word of her whereabouts nor her employer stating she safe and sound. Look at Linette Lopez of Business Insider she writes so many negative stories on China I tried to find any news if she ever been in China. I haven't found anything saying she has. She's won awards on her articles on China.
The U.S. Congress passed money to pay specifically for negative news about China.

U.S. intelligence agencies work closely with U.S. mainstream media, such as WSJ, NYT and even PBS. Some reporters and journalists for those outlets are government agents. It's their job to plant negative news stories about China.

Kaiser Kuo is honestly probably the only reason this is somewhat unbiased. He is relatively dovish within the Western community.

Bro that was fast, I thought we may see it finished in 2025, now from the look of things its IOC may moved to 2024 ,we may see it used commercially to power an EUVL in 2025.

I think LPP might still be needed to give partners access to such EUV tech in a maybe five to ten years. Or for Chinese semi fab companies to make chip fabs in partner nations. Kind of like how TSMC is making a Arizona fab. Because not every nation can build a particle accelerator for chips fabbing..

So I am not sure if it's helping their credibility by being blatantly biased on reporting China news. Their trust level is already in gutters, being extra biased and lying isn't going to help their narrative on China. On the flip side, you can say repeat a lie a 1000 times, it becomes truth... The older generation is lost cause, but I've noticed the younger generation can sense the bullshit and more immune to it.
