Not so sure what has dropped. The growth rate of robot installation in China slowed as compared to the previous year.
Are you trying to hint that some problems are surfacing because the growth rate of the growth rate of the number of robots in China has slowed…?

I think they mean the global rate of robot installations dropped. China's has increased.
It's another way to say the report has been released, as in "name drop"
Which means China's share of global manufacturing capacity is increasing. Nice.
