They are also building a "超充之城". Requires a lot of super chargers to be built

Imo, this shows that a lot of commentary saying that China would be on the back foot from Foxconn moving production abroad were a little shortsighted.

China has so many workers it can just stack all of them on the same tile and finish any improvement in the same turn
