It's clear to me at this point that LiAuto is the most aggressive among Li Auto/XPeng/NIO in cutting prices to achieve sales

Not sure if this has been posted. Nio's William Li lived stream on the test drive of the new 150kw semi solid-state battery with the single charge range up to 1044 km (625.5 miles).

William Li drove for the maximum 8 hours allowed under law, while the car was in motion for about 12.5 hours with outside temperatures ranging from -2 to 9 degrees Celsius, with cabin temperature set at 20 degrees Celsius and a load of 190 kg in total. After completing the 1044 km journey on a single charge, Mr. Li

For the next couple of years, cost of lidar & adas chip still likely too high for sub 200k market

First on Song L. about 8-9k in orders converted to firm after 3 days. that's not bad in this environment. Although good chunk of that comes from other models

Compare this to Luxeed S7 where it looks like after half month, only about 25% of pre-orders got confirmed to firm orders.

so yeah, pre-orders don't mean much. they can be swapped around or just not picked up. only firm orders really matter
