The problem is that there are dudes who sleep with men and also with women so is only a matter of time until the female prostitution population like escorts, street prostitutes and club dancers start to also get infected, once that happen it will be a gigantic problem, imagine a spreading scenario were a dude with marriage problems go to a escort then get infected, then infect his wife and kids, then the kids infect other kids in their schools and then those kids infect their parents.
