Nope. There are much more states which are reliably capable of producing device - yet few went all in.
Because there are a lot of questions about actual usability.
7kg+ personal weapon to get pitiful 20mm airburst(too much space in already weak grenade is eaten by fuze) is just mad.
And it's only direct weight in hands.

Even much more viable XM25 is troublesome in this aspect.

Not new a gun build with Germany maybe they have one Leopard 2 with ?
More powerfuf coz mainly mass but less rounds in the tank coz clearly more big and in 2 parts.
