Why would you think that? Asian Americans tend to congregate in Asian American friend circles in college; they even have all Asian frats. This is de facto segregation by preference. What makes you think that we wouldn't want to be in an all Asian university where the oppertunity for friendship is expanded to basically the entire population instead of 20% of the population?

The Asians who are stand-out single Asians in Caucasian groups usually don't have good grades and expend all their energy pretending to be white so they would rarely make it to an Ivy anyway.

Nope, I definitely didn't assume that. I was just pointing out how you seemed to have compared the hiring spree with the general unemployment rate of young Chinese adults and how that was not a logical comparison since the hiring spree phenomenon is too specific and only part of the employment equation. I'm all ears in regards to you explaining how you can logically compare one general unemployment rate to a much more specific rate that focuses on a certain type of demographic.
