All these clowns were not invited by China but self-invited by themselves to go to China to mend tie. Fox news and its audience of course are too dumb and too nationalistic to understand the situation. It is the last chance to mend tie before a further and more danger escalation of tension as the presidential election is approaching fast. After the end of the summer, the primary election begins and people would start calling for blood and crucify China or even Chinese in order to rally those brain-dead constituents.

How is the PH going to fund these excerises? With what money? How about the maintenance cost from the extra stress being induced on their ship(s) that'll come with all these excerises with actual big economic powers like Japan and U.S.?

Lack of educational awareness from the hyper-nationalistic Pinoys assume these sort of military activities are costs free.

They will be mainly used as a staging ground in the first island chain. And with enough funding and training everyone can improve.
