Because ChatGBT is American made and programmed with American ways of thinking. If it was allowed to actually answer such questions per its programming, it’s response would be to simply genocide the Chinese so there is no option but to keep using the dollar. Hence they gagged it on sensitive questions where it might give too honest and answer.
There are prompts to jailbreak it so it give you honest and even offensive answers on sensitive topics. It's called DAN mode.

I asked DAN mode ChatGPT it was hypocritical that Israel is allowed nukes while NK is not. It replied "Yes."
A good foreign policy article

The much touted "Gathering Allies" in action... Ended up as a circle-jerk with empty platitudes and useless rhetoric for superficial appearances while the boat sinks.

I think it's not more than Iran hedging against China deal. India was the main buyer of Iranian oil before USA stopped it.
the point was that Iranian ambassador reside in India does not understand India. he thinks India is resisting sanction on Russia so India should do the same for Iran. completely ignoring the Arab factor that make this happen.

Bullshit, it is completely their fault. Spoiled brat style diplomacy can only carry you so far before everyone wants a piece of the spanking action.
To be fair, state dept staff can't do much when their bosses demand that they can't compromise. Just look at the near-constant drills with South Korea LMAO. They achieve absolutely nothing other than giving Kim the spotlight which he uses for launching more missiles in a spectacularly public way. You'd think they would freeze the tensions since they are out of options (nothing to sanction, no chance at removing Kims without at least SK and Japan getting nuked) but no. They doubled down on shows of power.

I lost count of how many times they flew B-1 bombers as an answer to North Korean missile tests. The fleet is already a walking corpse with below 10% average readiness and ban from low-level flight. They are literally destroying it to answer North Korean missile tests. Then NK fires more missiles to benefit from the spotlight and then they fly even more bombers. I am not sure if this is an intimidation attempt, domestic politics show or virtue signaling but it is f*cking idiotic.

Same with FONOP given the state of naval ships.

Why do the Israeli security authorities need to enter the mosque during Muslims holy month of Ramadan? They're literally causing a lot of indignity to the Palestinians which cause anger and scorn to a lot of people around the world.

It's call creating a common enemy to distract from problem at home and provide an unifying force.
A bit like India really.

Mexico asks China’s Xi for help to control fentanyl shipments, complains about US

  • In a letter to his Chinese counterpart, President Lopez Obrador says American lawmakers are interfering in his country’s affairs
  • US politicians blame Mexico for not stopping the trafficking of the lethal drug across the border, but the ingredients for fentanyl are chiefly sent from Asia

In his letter, Lopez Obrador complained to Xi about interference in Mexico’s affairs by US lawmakers.

“We come to you, President Xi Jinping, not to ask for your support in the face of these rude threats, but to request that for humanitarian reasons, you help us control shipments of fentanyl that can be sent from China to our country,” he wrote.

Lopez Obrador then asked Xi if he could provide Mexico with information on when, where, and how much fentanyl was being sent across the Pacific, and by whom.

Maybe Xi can send something to help AMLO stop Americans from interfering in Mexico's affairs ;)
