Nope the South Koreans are cucks deep down and the Americans know it. The last South Korean government that had any modicum of autonomy was couped. They always elect a US puppet candidate then the puppet enacts some cuck foreign policy for Japan as directed by the USG. Mark Warner was at one the leading contender for the Democratic Presidential nominee for the Presidency since he was then Governor of Virginia then successfully having his protégé Tim Kaine succeed him in that post before becoming a Senator. Virginia in the time of Bush Jr. was considered a bellweather state and the fact that a Democrat was able to not just win in that state but actually succeed and strengthen the Democratic party is an attribute to Mark Warner's political skills which is why he was sought after to run for the Presidency. Obama came into the scene is what blunted his foray into the presidency but now that Joe Biden may or may not be able to succeed in running for reelection for reasons that are known and unknown Mark Warner can perhaps be able to stake his claim for the presidency this time around come 2024.
The man has a business background, an executive leadership from his tenure as then Governor of Virginia, legislative background with him being a current US Senator. He's a man of substance and accomplishments more than empty suit Kamala Harris could ever wished or hope to even accomplish.
Other than Newsweek none of the major media outlets is willing to touch this, and even Newsweek is trying to downplay the significance of the bill.
