Except Pakistan is much worse:Literally everything you said about Pakistan can be accurately extrapolated to India. Both are failed states with inept governments. The only difference is population.
- It has suffered near constant political instability. From 1988 to 1998, it had 7 different governments through multiple coups, with political crisis happening again in 1999, 2001, 2007, etc..2022. It’s a failed state.
- GDP per capita in Pakistan is around 50% lower compared to India. That delta will continue to widen.
- It’s addicted to foreign loans without making the necessary economic reforms. Can it function without IMF or China bailouts?
