Its imperative for Colonist convicts to do all the role playing possible to sustain their existence. Authoritarian cultures or any cultures can never compare themselves to p-rnhub cultures . And there is no 1st or any world for colonist convicts where they can hide. Only matter of time before they are exterminated.

When the U.S. openly creates military alliance cliques like the Quad and AUKUS these actions are almost exclusively interpreted as America exercising it's "LEADERSHIP" and the media happily trumpets and are gleeful that China is being caged or contained by American power with no regards to China's own interest; it's right to pursue it's own development path and partnerships with any countries within her periphery and elsewhere. Any actions China take must always take the WHITE WESTERN NATIONS interests above China's own first and foremost otherwise it risks alienating western countries "concerns" which always leads one with any sense of objectivity is that China isn't allowed to be a normal country whatsoever period.
China can't be allowed regardless of it's political structure to realize and develop it's fullest potential without any machinations from the west. Democratization is just another way for any western influence to stymied, distract, foment endless chaos and debate about nonsensical issues to ensure a log jam, a paralysis within the decision making apparatus of the government.

BRICS countries establish joint commission on space cooperation

A joint commission on space cooperation of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) was established, kicking off a new chapter of joint observation and data sharing of remote sensing satellites among the five member states, the China National Space Administration (CNSA) announced on Wednesday.
Speaking at the first commission meeting via video, Zhang Kejian, head of the CNSA, noted that the establishment of the commission will guide the remote sensing sharing mechanism to better help the socioeconomic development of the BRICS countries and meet common challenges, such as climate change, disaster relief and environmental protection.
Leaders of the space agencies of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa shared updates on their activities and the implementation of the Agreement on the Cooperation on BRICS Remote Sensing Satellite Constellation, according to the administration.
The agreement signed in August 2021, established the foundations for the space agencies of BRICS countries to jointly build a "virtual constellation of remote sensing satellites" that works as a data sharing mechanism.
The constellation is made up of existing satellites contributed by the space agencies of BRICS countries. The satellites include the CBERS-4, jointly developed by Brazil and China, Russia's Kanopus-V type, India's Resourcesat-2 and 2A, as well as China's Gaofen-6 and Ziyuan III 02.
